Fees

Your fee is payable 24 hours before your session. If you intend to cancel, at least 24 hours' notice should be given to avoid cancellation charges. Generally, fees for a cancelled session with less than 24 hours notice would be half of the usual session fee. In exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel a session. If this is the case, your counsellor will, where possible, give you a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
