Our nutrition, diet and lifestyle therapy services focus on personalised, evidence-based advice to support overall health and well-being. We will work alongside you in a collaborative and supportive way to make sustainable choices that nourish body and mind in addition to promoting long-term health and vitality.

Whether you want to improve energy levels, manage a health condition (both mental and/or physical), address sleep problems, or develop a balanced relationship with food, we tailor our guidance to your unique needs and lifestyle. This may be combined as part of your therapeutic journey or as a stand alone behaviour change intervention to address a specific health related need or personal goal.
Types of support offered
Therapeutic approaches may differ and may be used collectively depending on the specific needs of the client and any other existing health related conditions. For example, person-centered therapy could prove useful for exploring issues at depth in a safe space that’s promotes increased self-awareness, autonomy and growth. Additionally, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) may be used in a more practical way to challenge thoughts, feelings and behaviours acting as barriers to lifestyle change.
