Nutrition for Cancer Workshops

Nutrition plays a crucial role in cancer prevention, treatment, and recovery. The right dietary choices can help manage symptoms, support the immune system, and improve overall health and well-being. We offer a number of workshops which explore the link between food and cancer using evidence-based dietary advice and guidelines. Workshops can be adapted to suit audience needs and include practical activities, strategies and tips for nourishing the body before, during, and after treatment.

Who are these workshops for?

These courses are designed for those wanting to learn more about nutrition and how it can impact on health and wellbeing. They are particularly useful for those involved with individuals' experiencing cancer, whether that be within agency, organisation or private work or on a personal basis. They are also useful for those experiencing cancer who are wanting to support their own health and learn how to navigate dietary needs more effectively. Workshop content encourages reflection around evidence based information and recommendations whilst considering the needs of individuals including dietary adaptations to support circumstances and choice.
